Return Refund Policy
Training Programs, Workshops & Webinars
- Fees once paid for any training programme, workshop, masterclass, or webinar are non‑refundable. This is because programme resources, trainer time, and participant slots are allocated immediately after registration. However, if Leadership Ladder Academy Pvt. Ltd. cancels or reschedules the webinar or programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants are eligible for either a full refund or free transfer to a future batch.
Coaching Programmes
- Coaching programs involve personalized Coach time reserved exclusively for the participant. Refunds, if requested, are provided on a prorated basis for the remaining sessions that have not been completed. For example, if 2 out of 6 sessions have been completed, the refund will be calculated for the 4 unused sessions. Administrative or onboarding costs may be deducted where applicable.
Digital Products
- Digital products such as templates, online modules, and downloadable content are non‑refundable once accessed or delivered, since they cannot be returned and may have already been consumed.
Payment Processing Errors
- If a transaction fails or payment is deducted but not reflected in our system, participants must share the transaction ID and screenshot. We coordinate directly with Razorpay to resolve the issue promptly.
Programs Cancellation by Leadership Ladder Academy Pvt. Ltd.
- In the event we cancel or postpone a programme due to operational, technical, or scheduling reasons, participants may choose a full refund or opt to attend a future batch at no additional cost.
